LIGHTING FIXTURE MODULE WITH HIGH POWER LED AS LIGNT SOURCE AND LED LAMP

A lighting fixture module(13) with a high power Light Emitting Diode(LED) as a light source and an LED lamp. The module(13) comprises at least one LED light source(1). A glass lens(7) or other optical system is fixed above the LED light source(1) by a lens clamping ring(8) and a sealing ring. A heat radiator consists of a metal mounting plate(2) and heat radiating fins(3). Convex ribs are arranged on part of the lower surface of the mounting plate(2), and grooves are formed downwards from the top of the convex ribs. The radiating fins(3) are pressured and inserted into the grooves. A protecting cover(5) is mounted above the heat radiating fins(3). An LED driving power supply(4) is mounted on the position of the mounting plate(2) except the part on which the convex ribs formed. The LED driving power supply(4) is electrically connected with the LED light source(1). The LED light source(1) is mounted on the upper surface of the mounting plate(2). Mounting holes(10) are formed on the mounting plate(2). The whole module(13) is fixed on a lamp frame using of bolts(6) through the mounting holes(10) or clipped on the lamp frame to form a lighting lamp. The module(13) is enclosed in a lamp cover(12) to form the LED lamp. The generality of the module(13) is excellent and the mounting of the module is convenient.
