<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pressure switch capable of further improving water resistance by effectively suppressing the intrusion of water into a contact space. <P>SOLUTION: A waterproof cover 10 is arranged around a pressure-sensitive part having a diaphragm 3 and a contact structure part having a contact 8. An end 12 of the cover 10 is welded over the entire part of a circumference 17 of a coupling 13. Resin 24 is filled inside a rear end 19 of the cover 10 so that a contact between a terminal 23 and a lead wire is embedded.
