<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of surface treatment capable of restraining pollution from the outside of an architectural or civil construction made of a rock product such as granite, or andesite which contains neither calcium compound nor magnesium compound as a main component and reinforcing the strength of the rock product. <P>SOLUTION: In this method, pollution from the outside can be restrained by immersing an aqueous calcium compound solution or an aqueous magnesium compound solution, then an aqueous fluoride solution in the minute opening of the rock texture and forming and precipitating a water-insoluble fluoride(7), thus shrinking the volume of the minute opening of the rock texture, while not easily discerning the change of its appearance by the naked eye. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
