An apparatus for cleaning liquid filter (1), particularly a microfilter, has a sensor (14) for sensing the liquid pressure on the secondary side of the filter for initiating a cleaning phase. A flow circuit, arranged on the primary side of the filter (1) for flushing this side clean with raw water, includes a flushing pipe (9) opening out into the primary side (5) of the filter housing (4), the pipe (9) being connected to the raw water source (F) during the cleaning phase. The flow circuit also includes a filter inlet pipe (2), which is connected to a waste outlet (D) during the cleaning phase, for reading a flow in the opposite direction to that of the normal flow. |
