PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connecting structure for cold plates, by which the interval between a plurality of cold plates used to mainly cool a heat generating component, such as a central processing unit, an integrated circuit or the like in a computer is changed easily and by which the heat generating component can be replaced simply. SOLUTION: In the cooling structure 10, the plurality of cold plates 20 used to cool the heat generating component, such as a central processing unit or the like in the computer are connected in such a way that brine is circulated. The cold plates 20 are connected in a pierced shape via one or two or more cooling pipes 30 passing the cold plates 20. The cold plates 20 are constituted, in such a way that they are attached to the cooling pipes 30 freely slidably and that the interval between the cold plates 20 can be changed. In this case, when the cold plates 20 are constituted, in such a way that contact faces of the cold plates 20 with the cooling pipes 30 are coated with a heat conducting agent, such as grease or the like, the cooling efficiency of the cold plates can be enhanced.
