<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming apparatus capable of preventing an inadvertent departure of a cartridge from an image forming position that is a position where an image is formed. <P>SOLUTION: The developing cartridge is arranged in the image forming position in a state of being attached to a unit frame 5. Four restriction members 52 are provided corresponding to the developer cartridges, respectively. The restriction members 52 are positioned in non-restricting positions which are evaded from an attaching and detaching path of the developing cartridge with respect to the unit frame 5 in a state of having the unit frame 5 pulled out to a pulled-out position. In addition, in an attaching process of having the unit frame 5 moved from the pulled-out position to a storing position, the restricting member 52 moves from the non-restricting position toward the restricting position on the attaching and detaching path of the developing cartridge and restricts the departure of the developing cartridge from the image forming position in a state of being positioned in the restricting position. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
