The present invention relates to a composition for preventing or treating cervical cancer, the composition having human papillomavirus (HPV) plasmodium and immunity enhancer, and more specifically, to a fusion protein having a fusion polypeptide recombined to transform the 3-dimensional structure of E6 and E7, which are antigens of type 16 and 18 of HPV, a signal peptide for secreting the fusion polypeptide outside the cell, and an immunity enhancer peptide inside the individual, the fusion protein which treats HPV-triggered tumors by inducing an immune reaction specific to HPV type 16 and 18 antigens.
