The bearing device has a steel cover that is provided to cover tie rods affixed to an upper tie plate (2-1) using attachment screws. The upper tie plate is secured at U-shaped push plate (2-2) and upper portion of an arbor (1-6) is fixed by pivot bearings (3) between the bars (25) of the U-shaped push plate. A pin receptacle structure (10) is provided around the lower portion of the arbor arranged on lower tie plate (1-1).
