<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the following problem: when ink is adhered to a surface of a recording medium which has been treated with acidic liquid composition, coloring agent contained in the ink is aggregated and deposited on the recording medium, and the layer of the deposited coloring agent has low resistance to abrasion, consequently the hand of a user, the back surface of a printed matter or the like are smeared with the ink by being in contact with the recorded matter after being dried. <P>SOLUTION: The liquid composition has a water-soluble organic acid and a water soluble amine, wherein the amount of the water soluble amine is ≥0.9 mol per 1 mol of acidic group contained in the water soluble organic acid. When the ink is adhered to the recording medium 101 to which the liquid composition has been adhered, a water dispersible coloring agent 104 contained in the ink comes in contact with a salt contained in the liquid composition, in the adhesion part 102 of the liquid composition inside the recording medium to thereby aggregate the water dispersible coloring agent, As a result, the water dispersible coloring agent is fixed in a shallow position of the inner part of the recording medium and the occurrence of the feathering or color bleeding is prevented and the recorded matter having high fixability is obtained. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
