The powder stabiliser, of asbestos or similar material, is added in an amount of pref. 20 g/l of air used to spray the foam, and a polymethylsiloxane surface activator is included in an amout of pref. 0.1 - 2.0% of the foam wt. The purpose is to prevent the compsn. from running or dripping down the vertical surface before being foamed and hardened to give a consistent and even foam thickness. |
