<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive yet highly reliable ceramic substrate which uses lead-free dielectric materials in a multilayer substrate structure for environmental consideration. <P>SOLUTION: A multilayer ceramic substrate has formed thereon a sintered ceramic substrate 2, a first circuit wiring pattern 3 comprising a conductor paste made of conductive metal formed on the surface of the ceramic substrate, an insulation layer 8 comprising a dielectric body formed on the surface layer of the first circuit wiring pattern, and a conductor pattern and a resistor 4 which have a second circuit wiring pattern and a land on which to mount circuit-mounted components formed on the surface layer of the insulation layer, where portions except the land section on which to mount circuit-mounted components are coated with a protective film 5 and electronic circuit components 7 are connected with conductive adhesive, characterized in that the dielectric body consists of a green sheet 11 of a low temperature burned ceramic substrate composed of alumina powder and glass powder which are kneaded and mixed with a solvent. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
