<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a capacitive sensor that suppresses risk of misdetection of a conductor and flattens a surface of a cover protection layer to improve operability and beautility. <P>SOLUTION: The capacitive sensor includes a dielectric base layer 1, an X electrode pattern layer 3 laminated on a reverse surface of the dielectric base layer 1, a Y electrode pattern layer 6 laminated on a top surface of the dielectric base layer 1, a plurality of X electrode conductive connection lines 9 connecting the X electrode pattern layer 3 and an external electronic electrode, a plurality of Y electrode conductive connection lines connecting the Y electrode pattern layer 6 and an external electronic circuit, a cover protection layer 20 laminated on the top surface of the dielectric base layer 1 to cover the Y electrode pattern layer 6 and the plurality Y electrode conductive connection lines, and a low-density layer 30 interposed between the dielectric base layer 1 and the cover protection layer 20, and opposed to at least parts of the plurality of X electrode conductive connection lines 9. The low-density layer 30 serves as a low dielectric constant layer to suppresses variation in electrostatic capacity, so a top surface of the cover protection layer 20 does not need to be formed partially thick. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
