The rack has double walled air guidance channel (2) provided with air outlet openings for guiding a cooled air supply behind goods displays (4). A rear air duct (5) reverts reverse air from a region of food products e.g. fish, using a rear air ventilator (6) under an over-passed base (7) behind the air guidance channel into a cool air supply chamber (1). The air guidance channel is rearwardly hinged in a rear wall region. A holding magnet (8) and a holding support i.e. gas pressure damper, are arranged on a hinged part of the air guidance channel.
