MOBILE COMMUNICATION METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid an event of disabled communication if UE#1 fails to receive a handover instruction signal in control of switching a path of a data signal for voice communication from a path via an E-UTRAN to a path via a UTRAN/GERAN.

SOLUTION: A mobile communication method of the invention includes steps of: an MSC server/CS-MGW transmitting a path switching signal and activating a timer; a UE#2 switching a transmission destination of a data signal for voice communication destined to a UE#1 from an S/P-GW to the MSC server/CS-MGW based on the path switching signal; the MSC server/CS-MGW transmitting a path restoration instruction signal if the completion of handover of the UE#1 from an E-UTRAN to a UTRAN/GERAN has not been detected before expiration of the timer; and the UE#2 switching the transmission destination of the data signal for voice communication destined to the UE#1 form the MSC server/CS-MGW to the S/P-GW according to the path restoration instruction signal.
