PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a video processing device capable of arranging videos subjected to video processing for enhancing depth feeling so that the effect of depth feeling enhancement processing is not impaired.

SOLUTION: A video processing device for arranging plural videos comprises: a video acquisition unit 11 for acquiring one video including a background video portion, a peripheral video portion arranged on all or part of the periphery of the background video portion, and a moving object video portion jumping out from the inside of the background portion to the peripheral video portion; a video feature acquisition unit 12 for acquiring information indicating the size of the background video portion and the movement range of the moving object portion; a positioning determination unit 14 for determining the positioning area of the one video based on the size and the movement range indicated by the information acquired by the video feature acquisition unit 12; and a video composition unit 15 for arranging the one video and other videos based on the determination result of the positioning determination unit 14.
