<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a diaphragm valve element in which stress concentration does not occur by separating the diaphragm valve element from a lever member. <P>SOLUTION: A pilot type solenoid valve 1 includes a pilot valve part 2 having a fixed iron core 23 and a movable iron core 24 and a body valve part 8 driven by the pilot valve part 2, wherein the pilot valve part 2 is a three-way valve and has a sheet-like sheet valve element 30 of which the outer peripheral part is held by a valve body and has a seesaw type lever member 40 which is journaled around a swinging shaft 35 and swings, wherein the sheet valve element 30 is abutted on or is separated from a first communication valve seat 54 or a second communication valve seat 55 by the seesaw type lever member 40. Because the sheet valve element 30 is separated from the seesaw type lever member 40, the stress concentration applied to the sheet valve element 30 from the seesaw type lever member 40 is prevented from occurring and, therefore, the durability is improved. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
