METHOD AND DEVICE FOR REPAIRING LARGE STEEL CONCRETE STRUCTURE BY INJECTING ANTIRUST MORTAR WITH CLOSED POWDER TRANSFER SILO SYSTEM

PURPOSE: A method for repairing a large steel concrete structure by using a closed powder transfer silo system and a device thereof are provided to improve working efficiency and to reduce manpower by automatically mixing and transferring mortar. CONSTITUTION: A deterioration portion is removed from a concrete structure, and foreign matters are removed from the concrete structure(S100). Antirust primer is spread on the surface of the concrete structure after treating the base of the concrete structure(S200). Dry mortar is transferred to the concrete structure after treating the surface by a steel concrete repairing device using a silo system, and mixed with water. The section is restored by supplying antirust section restoring mortar mixed with water continuously and injecting with an ejector(S300). The surface of the concrete structure is finished by spreading the coating agent on the concrete structure(S400).
