PURPOSE: A dome sheet manufacturing method and apparatus for a keypad are provided to simplify an ultraviolet ray transmission path and to improve transmission efficiency of an ultraviolet ray. CONSTITUTION: An accommodating groove(110) of a constant depth is formed on the upper side of a fixed block(100). Hardened resin(500) is filled in the accommodating groove of the fixed block. A dome sheet main body is installed in the fixed block in which the hardened resin is filled. A light penetration block is installed on the upper side of the dome sheet main body. A fixed pin(120) formed for fixing the dome sheet main body and the light penetration block. An ultraviolet ray irradiation device irradiates an ultraviolet ray toward the dome sheet main body on a light blocking plate.
