The device (1) has a clamping band (4) e.g. Velcro(RTM: Hook-and-loop fastener) or rubber band, fastener flexibly deformable to thickness of a hanging rail (2). The rail comprises a U-shaped groove (6) at a lower side surface of the rail. The groove is opened downward and extended over complete length of the hanging rail. A fastening unit i.e. T-shaped groove (9), and is provided at a rear side and fastens the hanging rail at a wall. The U-shaped groove comprises a structured surface at one of lateral inner surfaces (11) of the former groove. The rail is made of plastic or wood.
