PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixing device of a steering device capable of adjusting tilt without applying excessive fastening load to the steering device by a cam operation with extremely simple cam structure. SOLUTION: This steering device is constituted of a fixed bracket A, a movable bracket B, a lock bolt 10 passing through the fixed bracket A and the movable bracket B, a driving cam C passed with the lock bolt 10 and turnably mounted, and a driven cam D passed with the lock bolt 10 and non-turnably mounted. In the driving cam C and the driven cam D, each of cam projecting parts 15 and 21 of the same shape is formed. The driving cam C and the driven cam D are constituted to be separated and approached in an axial direction, while the cam projecting parts 15 and 21 abut normally on each other.
