The air flow controlling apparatus has a ventilation opening (25) which is partially closable by a closure element (20). An actuator (200) is provided, with which the position of the closure element is influenced according to atmospheric humidity. Another actuator (245) is provided, with which the position of the closure element is influenced according to a function of the air temperature. An independent claim is also included for an air flow controlling method.
