PURPOSE: A backlight unit and a display device with the same are provided to simply couple a frame with a cover by a protrusion part of the cover and a coupling part of the frame. CONSTITUTION: A frame(200) includes the upper wall and a side wall(202). A coupling part(210) is formed along with the side wall. A cover(300) includes a lower wall and a side wall(302). A protrusion part(310) is formed along with the side wall. The coupling part of the frame is coupled with the protrusion part of the cover. Therefore, the frame and the cover are coupled each other. A receiving space for a backlight assembly is formed. |
