<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing liquid seasoning having simply processable while containing vegetables and/or fruits as ingredients, and favorably maintaining fresh flavor of the vegetables and/or the fruits just after produced even when stored at normal temperature. <P>SOLUTION: The method for producing liquid seasoning containing ingredients comprises molding vegetables and/or fruits to be used as the ingredients followed by mixing the vegetables and the fruits with part or the whole of edible oil and fat, and then mixing the mixture with other seasoning liquid. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
