PURPOSE: A producing method of soybean paste with grains using deep sea water and salt from the deep sea water are provided to offer mineral components to the soybean paste. CONSTITUTION: Soybean paste with grains contains 30wt% of fermented soybeans powder, 14wt% of glutinous rice, 2wt% of red pepper powder, 7wt% of malt, 45wt% of deep sea water, and 2wt% of salt from the deep sea water. A producing method of the soybean paste with the grains comprises the following steps: germinating wheat, barley, and soybeans with the deep sea water, and performing the aerobic fermentation for 4~5days at 40deg C; crushing the fermented soybeans to make the fermented soybeans powder; processing the glutinous rice with the deep sea water; crushing the malt, and filtering to make concentrate; adding the fermented soybeans powder, the rice, and the red pepper powder to the malt concentrate, for saccharifying; and washing the mixture with the deep sea water and, fermenting for 1 month at 10~15deg C. |
