CONSTITUTION: A de-formatter receives a bit stream(1110). A second controlling unit extracts first information including additional bit stream information, a skip field, and sub data bits(1120). The second controlling unit extracts additional information by using extracted first information. The second controlling unit decodes extracted additional information(1130).
