Composition for Orally disintegrating tablet and process for obtaining thereof

PURPOSE: An orally disintegrating composition is provided to quickly disintegrate in an oral with small amount of water or without water. CONSTITUTION: An orally disintegrating composition contains 0.05-50 wt% of active ingredient, 1-80 wt% of coating agent, and 10-80 wt% of pharmaceutically acceptable excipient. The active ingredient is granisetron. The coating agent is a mixture of polyvinylalcohol-polyethylene glycol graft copolymer and poly(methylmethacrylate). The excipient includes a lubricant, disintegrant, coloring agent, preservative, flavoring agent, stabilizing agent, buffer solution, bulking agent, sweetener, or diluents.
