PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To circulate liquid between a liquid tank and a liquid drops ejection head and to eject liquid drops from the liquid drops ejection head, with a simple and inexpensive configuration. SOLUTION: The ink in a main tank 66 is driven by a filling pump 78 to enter into a recording head 32 and supplied to a reserver tank 64 to be filled therein. Then, the ink is sucked into the main tank 66 through a pipe 71 to be circuited. When the ink is ejected from the recording head 32, the ink in the reserver tank 64 is supplied to the recording head 32. Thus, driving one filling pump 78 enables filling and circulation of the ink. Furthermore, when ejecting the ink from the recording head 32, it is not necessary to make the inside of the reserver tank 64 airtight, dispensing with an on-off valve or the like to make the reserver tank 64 an atmosphere open condition or a non-atmosphere open condition.
