PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an analog input and output circuit for designing an analog circuit module having desirable flexibility with any elements and arrangement modes. SOLUTION: This analog input and output circuit includes a pad, the analog circuit module and a semiconductor. The pad is connected to the analog circuit. The semiconductor is installed between the pad and the analog circuit module, and signals transmitted between any pad and analog circuit module pass through the semiconductor, without fail. Under a normal operation, the semiconductor make the analog signal pass freely. When electrostatic discharge is generated, the semiconductor emits an electrostatic discharge current so as not to damage the analog circuit module. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
