The sheath is unwound for a defined length in a maintaining cover (10), and cut for the length. One type of wire/cable is selected, and the wire/cable is unwound for a defined length. A bundle (6) of wires/cables is formed by a guiding unit, and inserted via an end of the sheath till the bundle emerges another end of the sheath.
