A method for preparing vinegar is provided to obtain the vinegar with peculiar medicinal efficacy and nutritional ingredients of Schizandra chinensis baillon and effective for constipation, removing feces and diet by comprising apple and banana in a fibrous state. A method for preparing vinegar using banana and apple comprises the steps of: (a) mixing 0.1-0.5 kg of apple, 0.1-1.5 kg of banana, 0.5-1.5 kg of black sugar and 1.5-2.5 liter of apple vinegar and pulverizing the mixture; and (b) adding 0.05-0.2 kg of Schizandra chinensis baillon to the pulverized material and fermenting it for 2 months to 1 year in a cold dark place at a temperature of 0-15 deg.C. |
