Piezoelectric actuator module

PURPOSE: A piezoelectric actuator module is provided to prevent electric short generation while improving durability using a metal plate. CONSTITUTION: A first electrode plate is comprised of a plane outer electrode, an inner electrode(122), and a lateral outer electrode. The plane outer electrode is coated on the lower surface of a piezoelectric material(110). The inner electrode is coated on an even number inter-layer surface of the piezoelectric material. The lateral outer electrode connects the plane outer electrode and the inner electrode. A second electrode plate is comprised of the plane outer electrode, the inner electrode(132), and the lateral outer electrode. The inner electrode is coated on an odd number inter-layer surface of the piezoelectric material.
