PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent measurement accuracy of a measuring instrument from lowering. SOLUTION: A difference amount calculation part 84 calculates the area of a domain enclosed with a curved line and a straight line. The curved line represents a difference value corresponding reflection angles between a light intensity distribution shown by distribution information with a buffer liquid supplied and a light intensity distribution shown by distribution information with a specimen supplied while a straight line corresponds to a difference value which is zero. A change data derivation part 88 derives an angle difference corresponding to the calculated area by finding the angle difference in a reflection angle causing a dark line generated from relevant information stored in a relevant information storage part 86.
