PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoplastic elastomer composition excellent in thermal resistance. SOLUTION: The thermoplastic elastomer composition having sufficient flexibility under a high temperature condition such as≥150°C, is obtained by dispersing fine particles of a cross linked acrylic rubber in a copolymer matrix of 4-methyl-1-pentene in the presence of a compatilizer.
