A method of appendectomy comprises the operative access in vermicular appendix, removal of dome of blind gut from abdominal region, mobilization of vermicular appendix and its cutting off. Further the treatment of vermicular appendix stump is performed, imposition of sutures on the dome of blind gut and layer by layer suturing of operating wound. On vermicular appendix stump a lay of Mateshuk sutures is laid, and over it on the wall of blind gut in radial direction in relation to the terminal portion of iliac bowel the row of key seroserous sutures are laid with knots inside capturing into ligature of the last seroserous suture of vermicular appendix mesentery stump by its suturing. |
