PURPOSE: A flexible apparatus and liquid blocking film thereof are provided to improve manufacturing effects by uniformly increasing drying speeds. CONSTITUTION: A first supply unit outputs gas from an opening unit(67a) corresponding to a flexible supporting band(30). The first supply unit outputs the gas to the film surface of a flexible film(36). A first wind blocking member(62) is arranged on the inside of the flexible supporting band which is located on the pass line of the flexible film. The first wind blocking member controls the leakage of the gas from the exposed part of the flexible supporting band. |
