PURPOSE: A mobile terminal and a receiving call control method thereof are provided to receive a gesture from a user when a call is received, thereby performing various receiving call control operations corresponding to the gesture. CONSTITUTION: A wireless communication unit(110) receives a call. A sensing unit(140) senses input of a gesture to control connection of the received call. A controller(180) alarms call receiving as the call is received. The controller controls connection of the received call corresponding to the inputted gesture. When the inputted gesture is a first gesture, the controller controls a wireless communication unit to connect the received call.
