FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: inventions referred to medicine, namely - to trauma surgery and orthopedics. A Z-section of the Achilles tendon shall be performed. The ankle joint, the subtalar joint, the Talo-Navicular joint shall be subjected to arthrotomy. The internal surface of the ankle joint capsule shall be V-cut thus forming a triangular flap, its base turned to the direction of the Talo-Navicular joint. The Talo-Navicular joint capsule shall be cut from the terminal points of the triangular flap base outwards, to the direction of the back surface and plantar surface of foot. The ankle bone and the navicular bone shall be positioned correctly. The anterior tibial muscle tendon shall be passed via the created bone channel in the huckle bone. The offcut end of the anterior tibial muscle tendon shall pass behind the tendon until its complete insertion in the huckle bone. The V-cut edges shall be stitched. The triangular flap shall be joined to the ankle joint above the cutting spot thus closing the ankle joint capsule defect. The Achilles tendon must be stitched in the elongated position. ^ EFFECT: method provides for enhancing the reliability of Talo-Navicular joint fixation in the right position, decreasing traumas and postoperative complications. ^ 1 dwg, 1 ex, 3 dwg |
