FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention is referred to the field of medicine and can be used for surgical treatment of reflux esophagitis. The Ç£fat socketÇ is removed from esophagogastric junction. The gastric fundus is mobilized on major curve to the left from esophagus on the distance 10-12 cm. The posterior gastric wall is separated from adhesion to neighboring tissues. The esophagus is mobilized and freed from adhesions in abdominal, diaphragmatic and supradiaphragmatic segments. The mobilized front wall of gastric fundis is led behind the esophagus and is fixed to its front wall by 3-4 vertical stitches. The from wall of gastric fundus is fixed to the left wall of esophagus by 3-4 vertical stitches. The front wall of gastric fundus is wrapped around the front wall of esophagus and is fixed to the esophagus with 2-3 rows of vertical stitches. ^ EFFECT: method allows to decrease the risk of stitches eruption and to decrease the risk of reflux-esophagitis relapse. ^ 1 dwg, 1 ex, 3 dwg
