PURPOSE: An ATC(Automatic Tool Changer) of a machining tool is provided to reduce a tool-exchanging time because a tool advancing and retreating unit is moved up and down by a lifting actuator. CONSTITUTION: An ATC of a machining tool(300) comprises a frame(310), a lifting unit(330), a tool advancing and retreating unit(350), a tool holder unit(370), and a door opening and closing unit(400). The frame is installed in one side of a machining tool. The lifting unit is installed in the frame and moved up and down by a lifter. The tool advancing and retreating unit moves a tool(T) back and forth toward a spindle chuck(10) of the machining tool. The tool holder unit where the tool is retracted is installed in the tool advancing and retreating unit. The door opening and closing unit comprises a door plate. The door plate is moved up and down by the lifting unit, thereby opening and closing an opening of the frame.
