PURPOSE: An apparatus for testing a display module with a jig having a MIPI(Mobile Industry Processor Interface) bridge module is provided to support an MIPI interface without the replacement of an inspection apparatus of an existing display module. CONSTITUTION: A main body(100) generates a control signal and a test pattern for the inspection of a display module(300). A jig(200) mounts the display module to be attachable or detachable. The jig includes an MIPI(Mobile Industry Processor Interface) bridge module(210) and converts a test pattern outputted from the main body into MIPI data.
