<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluorescent labeling agent having a hydration enhancing group, and a complex and a bioassay method using the fluorescent labeling agent. <P>SOLUTION: A fluorescent labeling agent contains a carrier portion comprising a polysaccharide, a fluorochrome portion, and a hydration enhancing group portion and has a binding portion to a molecule to be labeled. A conjugate contains a molecule to be labeled and the fluorescent labeling agent and has the molecule to be labeled and the fluorescent labeling agent bound to each other via the binding portion. Furthermore, a bioassay method includes a step of binding an analyte in a specimen and the fluorescent labeling agent and the like to form a conjugate, and a step of measuring the conjugate by fluorescence detection. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
