<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetic storage device which has lot of options in materials or processes, excellent properties and is easy to manufacture. <P>SOLUTION: The magnetic storage device comprises a free magnetic body having a magnetization state varying according to data to store, a magnetization fixed magnetic body provided next to the free magnetic body and having a fixed magnetization direction and a read part for estimating the magnetization state of the free magnetic body. The free magnetic body includes a storage region in which the magnetization direction changes to any one of easy directions and a magnetization direction transition region in which displacement of the magnetization direction from an easy direction grows as a distance from the storage region grows. The magnetization fixed magnetic body and the magnetization direction transition region is electrically connected in such a manner that at least a part of the magnetization fixed magnetic body is overlapped with at least a part of the magnetization direction transition region. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
