<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a camless engine valve opening and closing device that protects an engine from failure of a control system, failure of an electrical system, and failure of a mechanical system. <P>SOLUTION: The camless engine valve opening and closing device includes: a one-way valve 102 having an inlet connected to a hydraulic control chamber 603 performing pressurization with an operating fluid to lift a valve body; a forcible valve closing control chamber 103 connected to an outlet of the one-way valve 102; and forcible valve closing electromagnetic valves (104, 105) for draining the operating fluid from the hydraulic control chamber 603 to forcibly close a valve body 601 by draining the operating fluid from the forcible valve closing control chamber 103. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
