<p>PURPOSE:To eliminate a need for a handle formed integrally with an operation ring and to facilitate execution of a work by performing rotation operation by using a jig for mounting having an engaging part (protrusion part) engaged with a part to be engaged (recessed part) formed in the outer surface of the operation ring when a rubber ring is brought into pressure adhesion to the bore part of a mounting port. CONSTITUTION:A saddle 13 making contact with the outer surface of an original pipe 11 is mounted on the peripheral part of a socket short tube 12 and a rubber ring 14 is mounted between a short tube 16 and a mounting port 11A. An operation ring 15 is located between a thrust support part 18 and a saddle 13, and through rotation operation of the operation ring 15, an engaging position between an uneven surface engaging part 15A formed on the operation ring 15 and an uneven surface engaging part 18A formed in the thrust support part 18 is regulated. A lock part 21 is lifted toward the original pipe 11 and the saddle 13, and the rubber ring 14 is compressed for deformation to bring it into pressure adhesion to the mounting port 11A. In this case, rotation operation is effected by using a jig for mounting having a protrusion engaged with a recessed part 15B formed in the outer surface of the operation ring 15. This constitution eliminates a need for a handle formed integrally with the operation ring 15.</p> |
