<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem in which: in the conventional program development environment, as designers who would not suffer from acquisition of a program and designers who would suffer from acquisition of the program may vary according to the phase in the designing process of the program and the circumstances of each designer, the authorization of each designer to acquire the program should be changed from phase to phase of the designing process, resulting in troublesomeness of changes in acquisition authorization. <P>SOLUTION: There are provided a program managing DB 4001 that manages design phases of a program according to the file name of the program and a program managing DB 4002 that manages persons eligible for program acquisition according to the design phase of the program; the DB 4001 is searched according to the file name of the program requested by another designer, a matching design phase is extracted, the DB 4002 is searched on the basis of this design phase, and matching persons eligible for acquisition are extracted; these persons eligible for acquisition are permitted to acquire the program if the requesting designer is among the persons eligible for acquisition or, if not, the persons are not permitted to acquire the program. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
