System for constructing modular buildings characterized in that it comprises a metal support structure made up of a plurality of intermediate and corner metal columns, with attachment means at the lower ends thereof for removable attachment to an angular base section which is a C-section with, fixed to the inside of the channel, a plurality of anchor plates for anchoring to the concrete with attachment means; said columns project vertically at a predetermined height depending on the level of the building; between each pair of adjacent intermediate and/or corner vertical columns is a plurality of covering panels and/or spaces for windows, said panels being coupled by interlocking; at least one door frame formed by a C-section with a projecting edge is secured to at least one column so as to fit an access door; a gable roof structure is secured to the upper ends of said columns, the intermediate columns at the gable ends of the building being higher, said height decreasing from the centre columns to the corners. |
