<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluid supply control device capable of always supplying an accurate quantity of fluid. <P>SOLUTION: An inlet port 6 communicating with a fluid supply source is arranged on one end of a weighing chamber 8 filled with a fixed quantity of fluid, and an outlet port 7 communicating with a fluid supply object is arranged on the other end. The inside of the weighing chamber 8 is provided with a first valve element 10 for opening-closing the inlet port 6 and a second valve element 11 for opening-closing the outlet port 7 communicating with the supply object of the weighing chamber 8. Both valve elements 10 and 11 are operated for opening-closing by electromagnetic force of an electromagnetic coil and spring force, and thereby, the fixed quantity of fluid is filled in the weighing chamber from the inlet port 6, or the fixed quantity of fluid is supplied to the supply object from the outlet port 7 of the weighing chamber 8. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
