<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power circuit capable of suppressing common mode noise by reducing unbalancing of a circuit due to an overcurrent protection element. <P>SOLUTION: The power supply circuit 1 includes a switching circuit 8 serving as a power inverter circuit that converts at least either a frequency or a voltage of AC voltage from an AC power supply 2 through a pair of supply lines 3 and 4 by switching operation. On the one supply line 3, a fuse 5 serving as an overcurrent protection element is provided. Between the one supply line 3 and the ground 10, a first line bypass capacitor 6 is connected.
