<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid-state high-resolution NMR device capable of measuring a disk-shaped sample that is too large to be put into an ordinary sample pipe, as it is, a sample holder used for the device, and a solid-state NMR measuring method using the device. <P>SOLUTION: In a solid-state NMR device, a rotor having a cylindrical shape and holding a sample is disposed inside a stator disposed inside a magnetostatic field and including an air bearing and while fast rotating the rotor around a shaft tilted at a magic angle with respect to the magnetostatic field, a high frequency pulse for observation is radiated from a radiation coil to the sample, thereby acquiring a solid-state NMR spectrum. In one end portion of the rotor, a lock mechanism is provided to which a sample holder for holding the sample is removably mounted, and an annular radiation coil holder holding the radiation coil is removably mounted to the stator in such a manner that the radiation coil is confronted to the sample holder which is mounted in one end portion of the rotor, with the shaft as a center. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
