<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rucksack that can fully suppress shaking on the back of a user while giving a good feeling of wearing shoulder belts even when the user performs exercise such as walking or running. <P>SOLUTION: Both ends of a lateral pair of shoulder belts 24 are mounted to the upper and lower ends of a back surface 14 with a bag body 12. The shoulder belts 24 are shaped to bend mutually inward so that the portions connected by a connecting member 28 are brought closest. The shoulder belts 24 are connected in crossing shape on the chest face by connecting the connecting member 28. In a service condition, the lateral pair of shoulder belts 24 come in face contact with the chest from the body side of the user, and the back surface 14 comes in face contact with the back of the user. The rucksack includes a waist belt 20 coming in face contact with the waist of the user, and an upper side mounting part 22 of the waist belt 20 is detachably mounted to the lower side portion of the back surface 14.
